Kazan City Hall
Kazan City Hall was erected on the site of the Noble Assembly. From 1854 the building has been used for receptions and balls, as well as concerts of Shalyapin, Mayakovsky and Rachmaninov. During the First World War in a luxurious mansion was settled a military hospital. Later here was the party's headquarters, then a cinema and a dance floor. In 2005, the building was restored. Now the Kazan City Hall hosts meetings, receptions and official events with representatives of the authorities, intelligentsia and elite from all over the world.
The Nogai hotel complex 3*
The Nogai hotel complex is situated in the ’Press house’ historical building on the main pedestrian street of the city. The building was supposed to accommodate all the existing Kazan publishing companies and had a state-of-art printing house. Nowadays it’s become an object of cultural heritage. While building the hotel complex the building was carefully restored; the old historical elements were used in the interior design.
